Alyssa
Is the owner of Kaze Productions but recognizes she’s a turtle on a fence post. Kaze wouldn’t be what it is today without the countless hours put in by so many as Alyssa battles chronic illnesses. But that doesn’t stop her! She loves to serve and make others smile while dancing around dressed in her favorite cosplays!
Connor
Can replicate so many accents and voices of various characters! Husband to Alyssa, Connor jumps in and helps everywhere offering strength and support. Connor’s Scottish heritage is also the inspiration for our kilt cosplay sets, which was also his wedding attire!
Chris
Is the reason behind the name Kaze, a nickname he gave to Alyssa back in high-school translating to Wind from Japanese. Chris and Alyssa have been best friends since 2007 and since the business’s founding in 2012 has always been willing to lend a helping hand anywhere it’s needed.
Brit
Our lightsaber weilding Disney princess who jumps right in with her fun loving nature whenever she comes for a visit! Brit adds a special joy to any show when she joins forces with us!
Cassie
Is Alyssa’s youngest sister. Cassie’s perseverance to grow and willingness to learn any and all parts of running Kaze is inspiring. At 16, Cassie has intentionally developed herself to the point where she can run a small show completely independently. She’s also an established Glitter Tattoo Artist that can be requested for events!
Don
The Macgyver extraordinaire who frequently dresses up as our Pikachu making kids smile and giggle! Don is Alyssa’s Dad and without him helping with the majority of set ups and take downs there would be many shows we may have missed!
Todd & Julie
Are Alyssa’s mom and step-dad who frequently take on school shows and rural community shows on Alyssa’s behalf. Both Todd and Julie are creative in their own right, check out Julie’s handmade creations on Facebook.
Veronica
Is one of Alyssa’s best friends with a truly servant heart. Veronica has been MVP of many shows as she volunteers with us frequently always willing to cosplay, jump in, and remind everyone to stay hydrated!
Kiley
Is Veronica’s daughter who developed her own cookie recipe at 3 years old! Along with her developing baking business, Kiley is an established face painter. Kiley can be seen frequently joyfully dressing up and helping with the gift shop!
Patrick
Delights in the details and is an incredible, intellectual conversationalist! As Connor’s younger brother, if Gondor calls for aid Rohan answers and he drives the miles to join us for some fun!
Paige
Patrick’s other half, she’s an amazing artist. Her own company, Meraki Art Studios, can be found here on Facebook. Paige is using her talents alongside Patrick to create an epic shop background for our traveling gift shop!
Jo-Lee
Has an incredible maturity for her age with an indomitable spirit to learn, grow and rise to any challenge! Jo-Lee helps out with the gift shop but also does special FX makeup and face painting. Alyssa and Jo-Lee have had a sort of mentoring relationship since Jo-Lee was 12 when they first met at the Prince Albert Exhibition!
Courtney
Is one of Alyssa’s high-school friends with impeccable taste for bold hair colors and makeup! Courtney loves to use her creativity towards an outlet that makes others smile.
Kai
Strives to develop skill sets across several areas from cosplay, to acting, singing, and more! Kai helps occasionally with photos of our tradeshows and they’re one of the most approachable people we know!
Darian
Gives some of the best hugs, lovingly bakes all sorts of goodies for us and comes down to play with us from her city 4 hours away whenever she can!
Justin
Has frequently showed up, just when we’ve needed help and hopped right in behind our booth ready to serve. You’ll see his calm, cheery personality joining us from time to time!
Candice
Is always one of the first people to raise her hand if Alyssa calls for aid. Living with her husband Micheal in Hudson Bay, she joins us rarely but when she does Candice brings the energy! This lady is also a fantastic baker and serves on her community with cupcakes, you can find her by clicking here!
Rory
Joins us rarely these days as she’s now a mom to a cheery, snuggly little boy! As another of Alyssa’s sisters, Rory was instrumental in Kaze’s the first years while she was a teenager. Rory helped out left, right and center not only with tradeshows but costume creation!
Aarron
The Accidental Artist has frequently helped encourage us, watch our booth, promote our products, help with set up and take down as well as add a vibrant, contagiously positive energy to many environments! Check out her Glow in the Dark Art here on facebook or here on instragram!
Deborah
With her business DBM Illustrations and Design she frequently helps out with all of Alyssa’s crazy ideas for shirts, stickers and more! Andrew
Brother-in-law to Alyssa, plays a role in supporting her personal development by imparting a diverse range of skills. As the CEO and Founder of Noble Story Productions, his company is dedicated to crafting original narratives, including the upcoming Project: Long Night, a science fiction audio drama. Through this venture, Andrew explores the intriguing question of what prompts societal acceptance of technology, leading to immersive worlds reminiscent of classics like Blade Runner or Star Trek.
Megan
Megan’s easy going nature and love of helping has her always ready to jump into a new adventure with truck, trailer, or any manner of tool! Often dressed up as one of our Pikachu’s, her joyful nature is simply wonderful to be around.
Derek
Our kilt wearing, calm in the storm, friend who helps remind us to slow down and take care of ourselves. Derek often shows up for Saskatoon and area shows ready to take on whatever crazy project Alyssa has come up with!
